Cazimi hosts a Valentine's Ball every year on the Saturday closest to Valentines day (typically on the 2nd Saturday)location to be announced yearlythis year the ball will be held at the Summitt Center in Tupelo, MS located on N. Gloster St.Tickets are $15.00
Cazimi 198 will be the host temple for the 58th Annual Gala Day in the Desert of MS held April 23-25, 2010 in the Oasis of Columbus. The Host hotel is the Master Host Inn Highway 145. Registration will start at 12:00 noon - 6pm. The welcome program will begin at 7pm, followed by refreshments in the hospitality room at 8pm. Saturday the 24, there will be a parade beginning at 10am. The will be a BBQ in the park immediately following the parade. Ritualistic opening will begin at 1pm at the Columbus Fairgrounds. The talent scholoarship pageant will begin at 6pm. The Deputy's ball will start that evening at 8pm - until. Sunday the Nobles will worship together at Southside MB Church in Columbus.
Cazimi will award three scholarships to graduating seniors in the area based on educational merit.
Cazimi will have a barbeque in May 2010 in Aberdeen, MS as a fundraiser.
June 5, 2010 Cazimi will have a 2mile walk to promote Diabetes awareness in Aberdeen, MS. The walk will be followed with educational information and a food served prepared in a manner to support Diabetic diet plans. Cazimi will have a Jubilee Day Service June 6, 2010 at Charity of Aberdeen Full Gospel Baptist Church in Aberdeen, MS.
Cazimi will have a pancake breakfast in Columbus, MS on July 3, 2010 at Applebees Resturant.
Cazimi will have it's annual Potentate ball on the 4th Saturday in September, September 25, 2010, location to be announced soon.
